1. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review booking details carefully before confirming.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed on the website may appear in different currencies based on the selected currency setting. Unless otherwise specified, transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Eligible refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Unused services after the tour has commenced
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
4. Safari & Government-Regulated Activities
Safari permits are issued by the relevant Forest Department authorities and are subject to government regulations, availability, and operational policies.
Safari zones, vehicle allocation, and timings are managed by the authorities and therefore cannot be guaranteed in advance. However, we always do our best to accommodate our guests’ preferred safari zones whenever possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, are not guaranteed as all animals roam freely in their natural habitat.
All travelers are required to provide valid identification documents. International travelers must carry a valid passport.
5. Changes & Itinerary Modifications
In certain circumstances, itineraries or tour arrangements may need to be modified due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Operational or safety requirements
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives or adjustments to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
6. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements applicable to their booking, including:
- Carrying valid identification documents
- Obtaining any required visas or travel authorizations
- Meeting applicable health, vaccination, or entry requirements
While we are always happy to assist and guide our guests wherever possible, travelers remain responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents and information are accurate and complete. Safari Rajasthan cannot be held responsible for denied entry, travel disruptions, or missed services resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
Safari Rajasthan works with trusted local service providers, including drivers, guides, hotels, and activity operators, to deliver tour experiences.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests, we cannot be held responsible for delays, disruptions, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, government actions, traffic conditions, or operational issues.
Travelers are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings during the tour. Safari Rajasthan shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for personal injury, illness, or accidents except where caused by our proven negligence.
Participation in wildlife and adventure-related activities involves inherent risks, and travelers are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, and authorities during the experience.

8. Health & Safety
Travelers should ensure they are medically fit and comfortable participating in the selected tour or activity.
Any relevant medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accessibility requirements should be communicated to us prior to booking so that we can assist wherever reasonably possible.
While we make every reasonable effort to support the comfort and safety of our guests, Safari Rajasthan cannot be held responsible for health-related issues, illnesses, or medical emergencies that may arise during the tour beyond our reasonable control.
9. Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, staff, fellow travelers, wildlife, and local communities throughout the experience.
In rare cases of inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior, Safari Rajasthan reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund in order to ensure the safety, comfort, and experience of other guests and staff.

To enhance the overall travel experience, certain services included in our tours may be arranged through carefully selected third-party providers, such as hotels, transport operators, or local guides.
